Be A Trusted Health Products Tester! Info Here!

We’re doing this so that you can experience the benefits of this new product and program firsthand, and so that we can get some feedback and reviews that will help encourage others to better their lifestyle.  Please read all of the information below to see if this is something you’d like to do because we are looking for a 90-day commitment (or until you’ve reached your desired weight).  We will be giving each product tester over $500 worth of free products over that period in exchange for their compliance in taking the product and following our lifestyle guidelines for 90 days.
Note: Our official launch of this product will not be until January 2015.  Please keep in mind that our website shakethecrave.com is a work in progress.  We’ll be continually adding recipes, food and drink guidelines, and other tips.
Here’s How the Free Product Test Works:
We will send you a free supply of Shake the Crave Shake Mix once a month for 3 months (or until you’ve reached your desired weight – if you’d like to continue beyond 90 days to reach your goal, we can review at that point).  You’ll pay nothing – not even shipping & handling.  In exchange, we’ll ask you to do the following as a product tester:
  1. Fill out a brief introductory form/survey.
  2. Take a few “before” pictures and email them to us.
  3. Enjoy two delicious Shake the Crave shakes at meal times, eat 2-3 healthy snacks as needed, and eat one healthy nutritious meal per day.  Follow our simple 5-Step Lifestyle Game Plan (see below) that is designed to help you achieve your goals.
  4. Fill out a brief weekly “progress report” survey that will include your current weight (we’ll send you an email reminder for this each week with a link to the survey), and email us your most recent pictures on week 4, 8, and “after” pictures at the end of week 13 (we’ll send email reminders for these as well).  We need to receive all surveys and your most recent pictures each month before shipping out your next free package of Shake the Crave.  Completing the surveys and sending the pictures on time each month will ensure that you won’t run out of shakes between shipments.
  5. At the end of your product test, you’ll fill out one final survey, and give us a quick testimonial/review (preferably video), along with your “after” pictures.  We want your honest opinion about your experience with the product and program, good or bad.   We’ll then use your before/after pics and testimonial/review on our website to help others know the benefits of the Shake the Crave lifestyle.
  6. You’ll also be asked to sign and return a release form for your before/after pictures, video and/or written testimonial (this form will be included with your first shipment of free product and will include a stamped, addressed envelope).

Begin implementing what you learn. Read this information often as you continue to implement more and more of these tips so you can begin to shake some of those craves that have been haunting you over the years and begin developing a better you.
2. SHAKE – Enjoy two delicious shakes a day – one at breakfast and one at lunchtime (your choice of meal times). These will help you feel full longer.
3. SNACK – Eat two or three low-calorie snacks throughout the day to curb cravings and boost your energy – preferably around 100 calories each of raw fruits or veggies – choose from “best” or “acceptable” foods at shakethecrave.com. Eat organic as often as possible for better vitamin and mineral content.
4. MEAL – Take your time and eat a sensible dinner. The more whole foods in the meal, and the more natural the meal, the better. Check out our recipes here. Be sure to get your recommended daily allowance of essential nutrients each day.
5. MOVE – Exercise with moderate aerobic activity (like brisk walking) five to seven times per week, plus muscle strengthening for at least 10 minutes, two times per week.  Follow the U. S. Surgeon General’s recommendations:
For substantial health benefits, adults should do at least 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes) a
week of moderate-intensity, or 75 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes) a week of vigorous-intensity
aerobic physical activity, or an equivalent combination of moderate- and vigorous-intensity aerobic activity. Aerobic activity should be performed in episodes of at least 10 minutes, and preferably, it should be spread throughout the week. Adults should also include muscle-strengthening activities that involve all major muscle groups on 2 or more days a week.
